Offline Poker Venue Sydney
Cardinlet Jervisbay is Sydney's dedicated offline poker venue, built for players who demand real cards, real tables, and real opponents. No screens, no disconnections, no shortcuts—just focused face-to-face poker in a serious Surry Hills card room.
The Offline Poker Experience
Online poker can simulate a table, but it cannot reproduce the weight of a chip, the sound of a shuffled deck, or the focus of a room built for one purpose. At Cardinlet Jervisbay, every detail of the physical game is engineered for serious play.
Every deck at Cardinlet Jervisbay is sanitized and inspected before each session, ensuring a clean, fair, and professional game. Decks are washed and replaced regularly to prevent marked cards, and sanitation protocols meet hospitality standards for shared surfaces. If you ever want a fresh deck at your table, simply ask the dealer.
Our tables are covered in custom-engineered poker felt that provides the perfect balance of speed and control for every deal. The felt is chosen for durability and consistent card slide, while the surface reduces glare and eye strain during long sessions. Custom colors and textures match the venue's industrial-speakeasy aesthetic.
At Cardinlet Jervisbay, poker games run without the distractions of online play—no pop-ups, no disconnections, just focused, face-to-face poker. Dedicated dealers manage the pace and rules, and the table is the only interface. Sessions are scheduled from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM to allow deep-stack play and strategic depth.
Real Stakes & Serious Play
A serious poker venue is measured by its tables, its players, and its standards. Cardinlet Jervisbay holds all three to a professional level.
Our custom-engineered 10-seater oval tables are built for serious play. Padded armrests reduce fatigue during multi-hour tournaments, while brass cup holders keep drinks secure without interrupting the action.
Meet Sydney's committed poker community in a professional offline poker room where every player is there for the game. You will find a diverse mix of regulars and newcomers who respect the table, with no anonymous avatars—just physical tells, real rivalries, and a respectful competitive atmosphere.

The poker room is designed with a dark, industrial-speakeasy aesthetic that keeps focus on the table. Matte carbon surfaces and felt green accents create a serious mood, while low ambient lighting reduces glare and distractions. The layout ensures every table has enough space for players and dealers to move comfortably.
Every table is staffed by experienced dealers who keep the game fair, fast, and professional. Dealers are trained in tournament and cash game procedures, managing chip counts, shuffling, and rule enforcement so players can focus entirely on strategy.
"Cardinlet Jervisbay is the only place in Sydney where I can play real poker without the noise of a casino. The tables are perfect, the dealers are sharp, and the competition is serious."
